Appointment Cancellations:

Last-minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. Guests are asked to reserve their appointments with a credit card or gift card. Aqua Salon & Day Spa requires a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Short-notice (less than 48 hour notice) cancellation fees will be billed at 50% of service prices. 100% of your service price is charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Appointment cancellation fees will be charged to the gift card account or credit card given to secure the reservation.

 

Arrivals for Facial/Massage Services:

When visiting Aqua Salon & Day Spa for spa services, please remember we are required by state law to have you fill out new paperwork every time you visit Aqua Salon & Day Spa.

 

To provide a relaxing experience, we offer you a complimentary foot soak and heated neck wrap while filling out your paperwork. Please wear (or bring) flip-flops or sandals to ease your transition from the foot soak to the treatment room.

 

We appreciate your help in this matter. Your service time will not be cut short because of paperwork; this time has been built into your appointment time.

 

Arrivals for Waxing Services:

When visiting Aqua Salon & Day Spa for waxing appointments please remember we are required by state law to have you fill out new paperwork every time you visit Aqua Salon & Day Spa.

 

We will make every effort to have past paperwork on file available so you may sign a new form with updated information.

 

Color Correction Services:

We know the need for color correction services can be stressful. To help alleviate any stress during the corrective process we have developed the following policy:

 

When visiting Aqua Salon & Day Spa for corrective hair color services, we require a consultation before performing the color correction. Your stylist will go over the procedures needed to correct your hair color, and any at home regimen you will require. Please note: it may take multiple services to achieve the look you desire. Each of these services and the cost associated with them will be explained to you the day of your consultation. In some instances, we may be able to accommodate the consultation and the first appointment on the same day. Unfortunately, we are not able to give consultations over the phone.

 

Returned Checks:

Returned checks will be charged a $30 fee in addition to any bank fees we incur.

 

Merchandise Returns:

Makeup may not be returned once it has been purchased.

 

All other returns will be given in the form of store credit only. No cash back will be given.

 

Returns may only be granted if the product was purchased at Aqua Salon & Day Spa.

 

You have 60 days to return items if you are displeased for any reason. Product returns must be at least 3/4 full and within the 60-day return window.

 

If Pure Privilege℠ (PP) points were rewarded at the time of purchase, the points will be removed from your PP account per the terms of your PP agreement.

 

Gift Certificates/Cards:

Gift cards are not refundable, but may be used for purchases of any kind.

 

They may be redeemed for services and/or products of the certificate holder’s choice for up to the cash value of the certificate.

 

Gift cards do not expire.

 

Gift Cards purchased on-line or in salon can only be redeemed at Aqua Salon & Day Spa. They are not redeemable at other Aveda locations.

 

You may use a gift card at our location by simply handing it to the cashier for payment when making your purchase.

 

Aqua Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates or any unauthorized use.

 

The gift card is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties.

 

It is redeemable for Aqua Salon & Day Spa products and services only.

 

The unused value on the card cannot be redeemed for cash and no cash refunds will be given.

 

Service and Spa package prices are subject to change.

 

Services, Spa Packages, and Products offered are subject to change.

 

Gift cards may not be used to purchase gift cards.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We take pride in providing a professional and personal service to all our guests. We guarantee every salon/spa service for 7 days after your service. If you’re not happy for any reason, come back within 7 days for a complimentary refresher service.

Because of the personal nature of our business, we have a high respect for you and your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else. We will only use your personal information to provide quality salon/spa services and provide the highest level of guest service.

 

As an Aveda Family Concept Salon, we strive to keep our mission as an environmentally friendly salon/spa. To this end, we send out most of our announcements, appointment conformations, and specials via email. We do not spam. Please read your emails regularly to enjoy incredible savings.

 

All our emails are for you to share with friends and family. If you would like to opt out of our email communications, simply use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your emails.

 

We use both Constant Contact® and Demandforce® as our email/text messaging service.

 

You can rest assured knowing that communications from these two software programs are from Aqua Salon & Day Spa.

 

Aqua Salon & Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
